Metal Deformation Oils

PRESS/DRAWING OILS
  • Metal Deformation Oils are fluids for the cutting process, which is used to cut the unnecessary part of a material with a harder tool. Based on the machining material, methods, and conditions, various types of press oils are used.

These are the common neat fluids having the similar composition with the neat cutting fluids. The lubrication of press machining combine the boundary and fluid lubrications, and the viscosity of fluid has a high impact on the lubrication. Drawing oils are used to prevent the adhesive wear of material and dyes as well as the deformation of material during the drawing process, where much heat is generated by applying the fluids to the metal material.

PUNCHING OILS
  • Punching Oils are the evaporative metal machining fluids with extremely low viscosity used for the punching of nonferrous steel including silicon, carbon, alloy, and copper alloy steels and heat-exchanging aluminum fin machining(silt, corrugate finforming) of car air conditioner.

This emulsion helps longer life cycle of tools and higher precision of machining surface. Punching oils are easily drying and have excellent rust resistance. In addition, these are the eco-friendly clean oils with little scent. As well, it helps smooth welding work because the residue is small after a burning.
